Website and rental terms

A booking is confirmed only after Easy Drive Oman sends written confirmation and any required payment is completed. The selected model may be replaced by a similar vehicle in the same or a higher class.

The main and additional drivers must be approved and named in the rental agreement. Original valid identity, licence and visitor or resident documents are checked before handover. The minimum rental age is 18, subject to licence history and vehicle-class approval.

Drivers aged 18–24 pay OMR 2 per rental day and have an OMR 200 standard excess. Approved drivers aged 25 or over have an OMR 150 standard excess. An eligible Zero Excess option may be available at checkout.

Your written confirmation states the rental rate, included mileage, fuel terms, extras, deposit and payment schedule. Online payment is processed securely through Paymob. The website price is confirmed after you select the dates and vehicle.

Oman third-party liability is included. Contractual damage protection is subject to the rental agreement, approved use and a valid Royal Oman Police report. Tyres, rims, roof, underbody, interior, lost keys, wrong fuel, unauthorised drivers or repairs, illegal or off-road use, alcohol or drugs, overloading, deliberate damage and serious negligence are excluded.

Only approved drivers may use the vehicle. Racing, towing, commercial transport, desert or beach driving, flooded wadis and cross-border travel are not permitted unless Easy Drive Oman confirms otherwise in writing.

The Muscat office is the standard pickup point. Approved delivery or collection inside Muscat or at Muscat International Airport costs OMR 5 each time, subject to a base rental total of at least OMR 50 and driver availability. Return time, location, fuel and vehicle condition are confirmed in writing.

Change, cancellation, no-show, extension and early-return conditions are the terms stated in your written booking confirmation and signed rental agreement. Contact us before the agreed time if your plans change.
